How to Operate the Software

Step 1: When you select the task from Task Listing, you can see several secretarial tasks which have already been defined and listed by the system.

 

The secretarial tasks have been categorised into Director, Secretary, Manager, Officer/Professional, Bank, Asset, Charges, Shares, Custom Circular, Meeting, Incorporation, Corporate Affairs and Annual Task.

Step 2: Enter relevant information for the task that you have chosen. The below screen shows the task for Director Appointment.

Step 3: Select the document from listing to preview or print. As you can see, all relevant documents have already been listed and filled up for you to print out based on the task that you have chosen

Step 4: Preview or print document. You can preview the document to be edited before you send for printing.

Step 5: Once the task has been completed, you can update the task to reflect the changes in the register book
