GomoSoft secretarial software is a computer application that has been developed for Malaysian company secretaries. It's a company secretarial system which automate the company secretarial jobs.

What is the difference between Single User and Multi Users?
For multi-users, all staff from different PCs can share the same database.
Can you come to our office and conduct product demo?
Sorry. We don't conduct onsite demo, petrol and parking are very expensive nowadays. But you can download our FREE demo version here. If you are a very serious buyer, we can try to arrange upon our staff availability.

Do you provide installation and training to use the software?
For the time being, it's only applicable for Kuala Lumpur and Selangor users only. For those outside the boundary, we will have to impose extra charge for traveling, tolls and accommodation (if any).

Do you have any upgrades and how much?
We will release any upgrades from time to time and it is FREE OF CHARGE. You only need to download the upgrades from our website.
Is there any limitations on the number of companies that we can enter?
No. There is no limitation. If you have 100, 200 or 300 companies, you can enter them all.
Do you have any monthly or periodical charges?
No. It's a one-time payment only. Even the upgrades are free of charge. Just download them.
Do you provide onsite support?
Yes. But we have to charge you for any on-site support request. If you do not want to be charged, use our online support which is free and we shall respond ASAP. If the problem is because of program error, we shall fix and release in next upgrade for free.
Why so cheap? How you make money?
People always ask us this. We thought you like it cheap? Now, everything so expensive but not with GomoSoft because we are the people's champion. Let's us worry about how to make the money. The most important thing is, you enjoy using the software.
Operating the GomoSoft Secretarial Software
The software has been designed to be task-oriented. The users do not need to identify the forms because the system will automatically identify the relevant document based on the secretarial task chosen.
To print out Form 48A, select Task > Director > Director Appointment. The fill up the information. At the same screen, go to Tools > Document Monitor and all relevant forms and documents will be automatically listed down for you to print.

At the Task Screen (Appointment of Director), you can see a button "Complete Status". Select your pending task and click on "Complete Status" and all relevant registers and reports will be automatically updated.

Can the document be edited? Can I use MS Word?
Yes, you can edit the document before send for printing. You can save the document as .DOC or .RTF file and later on you can open with MS Word.
